 Afrobeats sensation King Promise confidently expressed his anticipation of winning the esteemed Artiste of the Year accolade at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA). During an interview on New Day on May 13, he conveyed his belief that both he and his team have consistently delivered exceptional work, not only within the award's review period but also in previous years.

Acknowledging the talent of his fellow nominees in the Artiste of the Year category, particularly emphasizing his appreciation for their contributions, the 'Terminator' hitmaker asserted his own merit for the award. He articulated, "I feel like everybody who is in there is a worthy competitor, respect for everybody but I feel like my work speaks for itself.
