Tidal Rave 2024: Kwesi Arthur Eats Gari Soakings On Stage, Performs The Anthem In Video

Rapper Kwesi Arthur enjoyed his signature snack, gari soakings, before delivering a performance of his hit song "The Anthem" at the 2024 Tidal Rave, held at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. 


The seasoned rapper expressed his gratitude to fans for their continued support despite his extended break from the music scene. 

In a video that trended on social media, Kwesi Arthur was seen preparing his trademark gari soakings on stage. He poured Kivo Gari into a transparent white bowl, added Voltic water, and stirred the mixture. 

Many fans in the comment section were thrilled to see him return to the stage. Tidal Rave, the popular annual beach and music festival, took place on October 12, 2024. 

As he moved to the center of the stage with the bowl, the crowd erupted in cheers, especially as his 2018 hit "The Anthem" played in the background, with the audience singing along.

After enjoying his snack, Kwesi gave a brief speech, thanking his fans for their unwavering support during his time away and for continuing to appreciate his music.

He concluded by saying that The Anthem would be his final performance of the night.

"Before I go, thank you guys so much for the love and support. But we for run this track back. Abi you know," he said.
